I really couldn’t understand what was meant under the report. I think report is a research file. We made a lot of research files this year. As I mentioned before each our project was accompanied with a research file. We also wrote two essays this studying year. Both the research file and essay were unknown formats for me as I never did them before. For example I put a lot of time and skills(as my tutor said “it probably took you ages”) to create my first creative work and portfolio file but both of the m appeared to be bullshit. So returning to the theme of post, these formats were new for me. So I did a research on them. I do them according to this scheme.
Essay
1 title page with my name, number of module, my course code and theme of the work/name of the file.
2 introduction
3 body (consists of agree and disagree points)
4 conclusion
5 references or bibliography (references should be organized according to a Harvard System of Referencing)
While the last assessment (it was an essay assessment) tutor asked me to use a footnotes. Footnotes are most often used as an alternative to long explanatory notes that can be distracting to readers.
